11.8x15.8x2 in ~ Painting, Watercolor, Embroidery
The transition from autumn to winter is my favourite subject. The autumnal colours start to fade and there are a few leaves hanging on like delicate pieces of silk. The vegetation appears as if has lost all its energy and force but underneath all this, you know nature is not dying but regenerating in preparation for renewal. I have captured this moment if hope of renaissance and transformation. It reminds us that life recycles.
Embroidery on water colour 15x23cm, double window mounted ( brown card to 30X40cm. and framed in natural wood. ready to hang.
