Our local park is the place I would go to reduce stress and seek for peace. The lake changes according to the season and weather and of course, time of day. At dawn, there is this incredible glowing of violet and blue and there is utter silence, even the ducks seem stationary. In silence we meditate in front of this view to re- energize
