I will start my new year with this magnificent mythical bird that is charged with magical symbolism. This painting is used foe my promotional material 2024, as it is revered by the Greeks and Egyptians for its power to regenerate and rise again from the flames. Associated with the sun, this bird know in legends to live for 5000 years in one life time, but will rise again from its ashes. What a wonderful story about a cosmic bird that can do wonders to stimulate our imaginations. I never tire to be inspired by these fairy tales.
We seek immortality but it is not possible! However, stories like this, spurs on hopes of renewal and regeneration which nature has the power to do.
