This embroidered painting on paper stretched onto canvas and treated with archival varnish, depicts a breath taking experience in the National park in Mexico where the pristine waters flowed over polished pebbles that shone out like precious treasure- nature's treasure and artistry. I was captivated by the colours and textures formed both by the running, frothing bubbles as the water flowed freely and the odd leaves that found its way down stream creating a abstract of beauty.
